New Federal Safety Standard for Clothing Storage Units – ASTM F2057-23 Adopted as Mandatory by CPSC

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has determined that there is an unreasonable risk, particularly to children, associated with clothing storage units tipping over. This rule requires them to be tested for stability.

IAF and IFS Sign Scheme Endorsement Agreement

The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and International Featured Standards (IFS) signed a Scheme Endorsement Agreement to endorse the IFS Food scheme as a sub-scope of the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA) in April.
