Account Manager for SaaS Products – DACH (m/f/x)

Are you ready?
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively coordinating with internal teams to address their needs
- Understand the customer processes and product requirements to provide tailored software solutions
- Identify growth potential at customers and execute them
- Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing performance through invoice oversight and KPI tracking

Are you the ONE?
- Completed economic or technical education
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or project management
- Experience in the TIC industry is a plus
- Excellent handling of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and German (other languages are an advantage)

- Basic technical know-how (databases, interfaces)
- Knowledge and experience in the use of common PM methods, ideally IPMA standard
- Knowledge of audit and certification management is an advantage
