Account Manager for SaaS Products – DACH (m/f/x)

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively coordinating with internal teams to address their needs
• Understand the customer processes and product requirements to provide tailored software solutions
• Identify growth potential at customers and execute them
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders
• Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing performance through invoice oversight and KPI tracking
• Develop and execute annual revenue plans for customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Are you the ONE?

• Completed economic or technical education
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or project management
• Experience in the TIC industry is a plus
• Excellent handling of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and German (other languages are an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good presentation and negotiation skills
• Reliable, flexible organizational skills

• Knowledge and experience in the use of common PM methods, ideally IPMA standard
