Job Description

  • Customize software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
  • Analyze customer processes and requirements, create detailed user story documentation, and configure modules and functionalities accordingly
  • Serve as a point of contact for detailed inquiries regarding modules and specialized customer configurations
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager
  • Conduct key user training sessions

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in software implementation and/or a background in Auditing/Certification
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Independent, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player who thrives in a multicultural and cross-time-zone environment
  • Willingness to travel for training in Austria and customer visits as needed (~ 20%)
