Are you ready?

• Own our supplier contracts end to end with a high degree of autonomy: drafting, negotiation, amendments, renewals, and termination
• Lead contract negotiations directly with customers, suppliers, and their legal counsel
• Assess contractual, legal and commercial risk, clarify legal questions and recommend well-founded positions and practical mitigations
• Ensure contracts meet relevant legal, data protection, information security, and anti-corruption requirements
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs and drive remediation where appropriate
• Lead commercial reviews ahead of renewals and identify opportunities for renegotiation, consolidation, cost reduction or improved contractual protection
• Handle contractual disputes, claims and performance issues: establish the legal and contractual position, defend it vis-à-vis counterparties and their lawyers, and coordinate the internal response
• Develop contract reporting and KPIs, providing visibility into upcoming renewals, contractual exposure, deviations and performance
• Continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, approval frameworks and contracting workflows
• Drive greater standardization and automation across the contract lifecycle
• Train and advise internal stakeholders on contracting processes, commercial terms and negotiation guardrails
• Take on people responsibility: lead, coach and develop our Legal Assistant, who reports directly to you

Are you the ONE?

• Degree in business, law, economics, business informatics or a related field – a law degree is not required, but a strong affinity for legal matters is a must
• 6+ years in commercial contract management, contract negotiation or a comparable legal-commercial role, ideally in a software, SaaS or IT environment
• Proven track record of independently drafting, redlining and negotiating complex supplier and customer agreements – you hold your ground confidently in discussions with legal counsel
• In-depth knowledge of key contract topics such as liability, indemnity, warranties, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination, and data protection

• Partner with hiring managers as both coach and challenger

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, a related field, or a comparable practical background
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring exceptional Product, Engineering, Data & AI talent (other functions too)
• Deep understanding of modern Product & Technology organizations and roles: you know what distinguishes a strong Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Engineer, Engineering Leader, Data Engineer or Applied AI/ML profile, and how to recognize seniority and quality
• Experience in competitive international talent markets, not primarily local ones, and the ability to win strong candidates for a company of our size
• The ability to build new capabilities rather than fill vacancies: translating target role profiles into scorecards and assessment processes together with functional leaders
• Evidence-based assessment of craft excellence: structured interviews, work samples and clear assessment criteria
• Strong interest in leveraging AI to improve talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and to move fast once the evidence is there
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
