Are you ready?

• Own the new-logo ARR plan; set and cascade targets by segment, region, and rep.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AE team into consistent performers.
• Carry a personal account portfolio — prospect, run deals, and close from the front.
• Drive proactive outbound as a critical pipeline-generation motion across the team.
• Join discovery, demo, and negotiation calls jointly with your reps.
• Run complex deals as structured projects (stakeholder maps, milestones, mutual close plans) and coach the team to do the same.
• Stay engaged through the implementation hand-over to Delivery/PMO so sold projects go live successfully.
• Embed AI tools across the sales workflow to work more efficiently and win more.
• Run a disciplined qualification and forecasting cadence (e.g. MEDDIC) and report to the CRO and Board.

Are you the ONE?

• Several years leading a quota-carrying new-business sales team in B2B SaaS (ideally vertical/enterprise software).
• A proven track record of delivering new-logo ARR and winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Genuine player-coach credentials — you still love to sell and carry pipeline, not only manage.
• Strong deal- and project-management skills, and the ability to teach them.
• The ability to build and run a proactive outbound motion.
• Proficiency using AI tools in the sales workflow to raise efficiency and quality of output.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: Experience in TIC or regulated B2B markets, leading distributed teams across DACH and/or North America, and working with modern sales tools.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics, and 2+ years leading high-performing technical teams
• Proven track record building modern data platforms and production AI systems
• Experience turning business problems into scalable data products
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures
• Systems thinker with a pragmatic, builder mindset
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics
• Curious, low ego, and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty
• Passionate about developing people and building strong engineering cultures
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, RAG, product analytics, or modern cloud data platforms, and experience in B2B SaaS or highly regulated industries
