OFI and Intact

Collaboration for Increased Digitalization

The independent testing and research institute OFI trusts Intact to digitalize its processes and data management further. The implementation of the world’s leading audit and certification software – Intact Platform – will, among other things, help to further increase service quality.

With around 120 employees, OFI is one of Austria’s largest testing, inspection, and certification bodies. In addition to the usual high level of data integrity, the independent institute attaches great importance to continuously optimizing its services.

Currently, OFI is in the pilot phase of a multi-stage implementation process. The implementation process to date and initial results are very satisfactory for both sides:

The pilot phase of the implementation is scheduled to last until mid-2022. Subsequent step-by-step implementations are planned until 2023.
