ARE YOU READY?
- Ongoing bookkeeping: document control, recording and posting of accounts payable and receivable
- Support in customer billing (creation of invoices, maintenance of open items, reconciliations)
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements and consolidation
- Interface with internal colleagues and external partners (e.g. tax consultants, auditors)
- Support in setting up efficient clearing and accounting processes – also in an international context (US)
- Participation in projects for process optimization in accounting
ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HBLA or similar) and passed accountant exam
- Several years of experience in ongoing accounting
- IT affinity and confident handling of BMD NTCS and MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ideally experience in an international corporate context – especially in dealing with US accounting structures and systems
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and reliability

Are you ready?
- You collaborate on DevOps topics such as automation, deployments, and monitoring
- You support the operation and continuous improvement of our SaaS infrastructure
- You assist with the administration and maintenance of our Windows Server environments
- You contribute to the design, maintenance, and documentation of our network architectures
- You operate and maintain Microsoft IIS web servers
- You support tasks related to Microsoft SQL Server (e.g. basic queries, backups)

Are you the ONE?

- Manage international customer projects end-to-end: planning, controlling, reporting
- Analyze requirements and close gaps between business needs and technical solutions
- Moderate and document project meetings and design workshops

ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Degree in computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years’ experience in project management, requirements engineering, or software implementation

- Familiarity with PM methods (ideally IPMA)
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
- High commitment, strong communication, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 35%)
