We Grow like Never Before

The steady growth of the last few years is continuing in 2018 and brings the largest employment growth in the company’s history. We have strengthened our team at essential points in the operative business sectors in order to be able to process our clients’ orders even faster and still maintain the high quality of our products.

Three new support specialists help our clients to guarantee a smooth start in the initial use of ECERT. In addition, two new software developers are going to help improve the overall user experience, and an additional tester is going to keep a watchful eye on the execution of all programming activities. Since we are fortunate enough to be able to handle a few projects at present, three more project managers are also going to start with us and ensure that we implement our clients’ wishes on schedule.

Nine New Colleagues
Nine New Colleagues

We are particularly proud to keep the proportion of women in our company high and are close to reaching 50%. Of the nine new employees, no less than five are women, which means that we have been able to increase the proportion of women to just under 45%. For a software company, this is something truly extraordinary that is rarely seen.

We are looking forward to integrating our new colleagues into the Intact family as quickly as possible and be able to take on the next step in our company history together with them.
