We are pleased to announce that Janneck Peersman will join Intact in 2026 as Vice President of Customer Success and Market Strategy. With a wealth of experience from one of the leading companies in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector and a long-standing relationship with the Intact Platform, Janneck is uniquely positioned to drive forward our customer success, product commercialization and continuous improvement efforts.
A proven TIC-sector background & committed Intact Platform user
During his career, Janneck has worked at one of the top global players in the TIC industry, bringing deep insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by certification bodies, audit providers, and clients requiring conformity assessment services. As a longtime product owner of the Intact Platform, he has already contributed valuable feedback and helped shape product development, making the software more aligned with the real-world workflows of major TIC organizations.
In his new role, Janneck will take responsibility for customer success, product commercialization, and improvement, ensuring that Intact remains at the forefront of innovation and that the solutions we provide continue to solve real-world needs in a fast-evolving TIC market.
