Last call: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 transition deadline

Organizations must migrate to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by October 31, 2025, or risk losing their certification status–missing the deadline means undergoing a full audit to regain compliance.

Rainforest Alliance begins phased rollout for Sustainable Agriculture Standard v1.4

As of October 1, 2025, Rainforest Alliance has begun enforcing version 1.4 of its Sustainable Agriculture Standard in phases, making farming and supply chain requirements binding while delaying certain assurance rules until February 2026. 

ANAB and ABFT renew partnership to oversee Forensic Lab Accreditation

The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and the American Board of Forensic Toxicology (ABFT) have renewed their agreement, reaffirming ANAB’s role in administering accreditation under ABFT’s forensic laboratory standards. 

IAF Expands MLA scope to carbon footprint and endorses IFS Wholesale and Cash & Carry

In its September 2025 Outlook, IAF announced extension of the MLA to include ISO 14067 (carbon footprint) and added IFS Wholesale and Cash & Carry as a newly endorsed scheme, while also unveiling the CertSearch API for real-time certificate verification.
