Each year, the GFSI Conference brings the global food safety community together, and the 2025 edition in Dublin was no exception. Known as a key event for advancing food safety and consumer trust worldwide, the conference serves as a crossroads for industry leaders, regulatory authorities, academics, and innovators to connect, share, and collaborate.

This year’s event focused on shaping a more sustainable and resilient future for food safety, and was explored through dynamic keynote addresses, expert panels, and more. Attendees had the opportunity to gain practical insights into the latest scientific developments, digital tools, and industry best practices.
