The Intact Platform Findings Module lets you master all challenges related to findings, corrective actions, and connected client communication, while never losing oversight. A core function of the module – the findings tab – provides you with all the oversight that you need. Here you can check on all relevant information related to a finding: status, affected checklist points, linked documents, and more. Furthermore, you can communicate with auditees here, directly and send them notifications about open findings and corrective actions.

However, auditors and certification bodies are not the only ones, benefiting from the Findings Track and Solve Module. Your customers’ life will be made easier also. The included auditee portal lets customers access all their findings, open corrective actions, and deadlines. Furthermore, customers can easily perform corrective actions, by uploading fotos, documents, and other assets to deliver proof of a completed action. Once all assets have been uploaded, auditees can submit findings for review.

This service will not only help you make the entire audit process run smoothly but benefit your customer relations by providing auditees with an easy and comfortable way of dealing with open findings.
