Background 

Built on the Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (OASIS®) platform, OASIS Insights™ is a powerful benchmarking and analytics capability co-developed by IAQG and Intact. It leverages the world’s largest repository of aerospace certification and audit data to provide suppliers and their partners with meaningful context for performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

With the introduction of OASIS Insights version 3.0.0, IAQG became the first certification ecosystem globally to apply AI at scale to analyze audit findings data worldwide.

Goals and Challenges 

IAQG set out to ensure that audit data delivered ongoing value beyond the audit event itself. Suppliers needed a way to understand their performance in context, while supply chain partners and specifiers needed greater transparency and confidence in certification outcomes.

The challenge was transforming complex, global audit findings data into insights that are trustworthy, comparable, and immediately actionable, without adding cost or administrative burden for participants in the OASIS ecosystem.

Intact implemented an advanced benchmarking and analytics capability within OASIS that automatically delivers insight with every completed audit. OASIS Insights transforms raw audit findings into structured reports that combine benchmarking, trend analysis, and AI-enabled interpretation.

With version 3.0.0, OASIS Insights applies AI at global scale to analyze findings data worldwide, providing consistent summaries and helping users quickly identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
