Oregon Tilth Certified Organic Signs 10 Year SaaS Agreement with Intact
Dec 04, 2019Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO) and Intact have signed a new 10-year Software as a Service (SaaS) contract starting in December 2019. The agreement moves the OTCO infrastructure to Intact hosting while integrating new services and benefits, such as the Intact Analytics Platform, and a future-looking vision for the use of new features and tools.
The agreement underscores the mutual commitment to a long-term relationship while highlighting OTCO’s confidence in the Intact Platform as the tool for their future success.
“Intact has been a great partner for us for 10 years. It was only natural that we convert to SaaS and hosting for another 10 years while adopting great new products such as Intact Analytics,“ said Connie Karr, Certification Director at Oregon Tilth Certified Organic. Heather Smith, Technology Director, added: “The new hosting and SaaS product promises to improve our service delivery and employee satisfaction while increasing up-time.”
Intact and OTCO met together and reviewed their current implementation, planned future success strategies, and refined the brand-new Intact Analytics. The meeting concluded in a renewed commitment and a 10-year SaaS contract.
