Intact now offers round the clock support to customers globally. With 13 new employees in total, we have not slowed down even for a moment. Expanded capacity includes project and product management, testing, marketing, operations, and data analytics. We have grown in North America and Australia and now offer a dedicated support team in the Oceana region while expanding our project, support, and sales capacity in the United States. This gives Intact unparalleled ability to provide services 24 hours per day while managing projects locally.
