ISO 9001:2026 reaches final draft stage ahead of September publication
The FDIS ballot for ISO 9001:2026 closed on July 9, with publication expected in September 2026. The revised standard introduces stronger emphasis on quality culture, ethical leadership, and climate change, with a three-year transition period anticipated.

TÜV SÜD has received Type A accreditation from the Standards Council of Canada to carry out independent safety assessments for railway systems, making it one of the few bodies in Canada to hold the highest level of independence for third-party railway safety assessment.

The Rainforest Alliance’s 2025 Annual Report documents continued growth in its certification program, with its seal now appearing on 66,000 products across 172 countries. The report also highlights progress under the organization’s new Regenerative Agriculture Standard, with the first certified regenerative products reaching shelves in 2026.
