Switch Checklist Languages During an Audit
The Switch Languages feature allows auditors to change the language of the checklist during audits in offline and online mode. The increased flexibility and improved multilingual cooperation create an overall seamless experience.
Refresh Checklist
Previously, it was only possible to update a checklist if a new version was available. The recent update gives your audit team even more flexibility by making it possible to refresh or clear a checklist without a new version.
Show Comment 2 Field of the Checklist
The ‘Comment 2’ checklist field is now displayed in the audit order checklist so that you can add more detailed notes and comments.
Display Auditee’s Linked Files in Audit Orders
Previously, only files related to the audit order were available in Intact Mobile. The update allows auditors to access all of the auditee’s linked files. Auditors can define which files are provided based on file type, giving them all the information they need for detailed preparation.
Share or Send Files
A new feature allows sending or sharing files with other entities with the appropriate permissions. This enables a well-rounded, all-in-one approach for people working in the app.
