Bio Test Agro AG Joins Intact

Bio Test Agro offers inspections and certifications for organic farmers and the organic food industry across Switzerland. They focus on sustainable food production and processing and transparency in the organic value chain.

Intact is especially proud as this was the first time the Intact Platform was implemented entirely remotely. On-site data migration and user training workshops are usually required when we launch an implementation project with a new customer. We were able to innovate and adapt to work around the travel restrictions from Covid-19.

We were able to migrate their data onto the Intact Platform quickly as Bio Test Agro provided Intact with all relevant data within a short period. It took about a week to train the new users on the Intact Platform and all of its features, including Intact Mobile, which their auditors use for audits throughout Switzerland.

Thanks to the excellent cooperation with Bio Test Agro, we handled this unique project in near-record time. We were able to implement and launch of the Intact Platform without interrupting Bio Test Agro’s day-to-day business.

This project highlights Intact’s impressive ability to adapt and successfully implement the Intact Platform under aggravated circumstances, like global travel restrictions.
