The Solution

After carefully evaluating all options, AsureQuality selected Intact as their partner and implemented the Intact Platform, a robust and comprehensive solution capable of efficiently managing the complexity of their operations. Through close collaboration with Intact’s implementation team and project managers, AsureQuality seamlessly transitioned to a modern, centralized system specifically designed for both food and dairy farm auditing. The collaboration was extensive, with both teams dedicating full-time effort to the project, including intensive training, data migration, and system customization.  

Key features of the Intact Platform that have been vital for AsureQuality include:  

• The Intact Platform allows AsureQuality to implement new auditing processes smoothly and regularly, tailoring them to meet both local and international standards. 
• By integrating Intact Data Solutions with Power BI and Pentaho, AsureQuality can visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), track audit progress, and make data-driven decisions. The reporting database, which extracts data from the Intact Platform and links to Power BI and Pentaho, allows them to retrieve real-time data, create visualizations, and gain operational transparency. This integration has enhanced AsureQuality’s ability to track metrics, such as the number of jobs created each month and make informed decisions based on up-to-date insights.
• The Intact Platform supports AsureQuality’s large-scale operations, ensuring the seamless migration and management of massive amounts of data while still being able to grow with them.
• The ability to conduct audits via the Intact Mobile app met AsureQuality’s needs. Intact Mobile allows auditors to perform audits on the go, regardless of their location or internet connectivity. The Intact Mobile app provides unmatched flexibility and efficiency for the auditing field.

The project was accomplished with the support of a dedicated internal implementation team, Intact’s implementation and project management teams, extensive training, and a large-scale deployment. With Intact’s help, AsureQuality successfully implemented food, apiculture, and dairy farm auditing and are now working on the horticultural side of the business. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of both teams, new auditing processes were introduced every other month.
