An efficient certification workflow and improved customer services – these were the main reasons for bio.inspecta to introduce a professional IT solution for audit and certification management. Audits and certifications, corrective actions and deadlines management as well as the associated invoicing were to be handled completely digitally. Another important aspect for bio.inspecta was the simple and efficient exchange of data with customers, partners, and authorities.

The Complete Workflow in One System

By implementing the Intact platform, bio.inspecta is able to handle its entire audit and certification workflow digitally — in several languages (German, French, Italian). With the Intact platform, bio.inspecta efficiently plans and conducts all audits.

Auditors can make all necessary data available offline at any time and thus work anywhere, even if the internet connection is poor or missing. During the audit, all data is recorded directly into the system and synched to a server as soon as reconnected to the internet. Moreover, the Intact Platform provides bio.inspecta with powerful tools for managing findings, corrective actions, and deadlines. Once a certification has been completed, the certificate can be created and made available to the customer as a download immediately.

EASY-CERT

EASY-CERT is a public web portal that gives anyone direct, swift, and secure access to information on businesses’ certification and label status. That information is useful for companies and customers alike. A QR code on bio.inspecta certificates makes it easy to access this information and check the validity of the respective certificate.

Inspectanet

Inspectanet is bio.inspecta’s tailor-made customer and partner portal, which provides customers and partner companies with all the data and documents they need. This includes audit and certification reports as well as certificates provided directly from the Intact Platform.

Interfaces to Authorities

bio.inspecta operates an interface system that enables direct data exchange between the Intact Platform and 12 Swiss cantons. This interface enables the cantons to transmit orders directly to bio.inspecta’s Intact Platform system on a daily basis and automatically receive all audit and certification results including checklist data.
