Dies betrifft alle Bio-Zertifizierungsstellen, die Standorte innerhalb der EU betreiben, was zus\u00e4tzliche Herausforderungen f\u00fcr ihr Tagesgesch\u00e4ft bedeutet. In diesem Artikel geben wir einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber TRACES, die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen und die von Intact angebotenen L\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/header>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"module module-spacer \" id=\"block_018c9eb2c18a9010a52f322dd8f4a8d6\" >   <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"module module-text my-module-0 \" id=\"module-69e24a1e6003d\" >       <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n        <div class=\"col-md-10 col-lg-8 text-col\">\n          \n<div class=\"wp-block-intact-text text-styles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00dcber TRACES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TRACES ist eine von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission eingerichtete Online-Plattform zur Zentralisierung der Ausstellung von Zertifikaten innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb der EU.<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote id=\"module-69e24a1e5f821\" class=\"\">\n\t<div class=\"quote\"><p><em>&#8222;TRACES ist die Online-Plattform der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission f\u00fcr Gesundheits- und Pflanzengesundheitszeugnisse, die f\u00fcr die Einfuhr von Tieren, tierischen Erzeugnissen, Lebens- und Futtermitteln nichttierischen Ursprungs und Pflanzen in die Europ\u00e4ische Union sowie f\u00fcr den Handel innerhalb der EU und die Ausfuhr von Tieren und bestimmten tierischen Erzeugnissen in die EU erforderlich sind.&#8220;<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t<footer>\n\t\t\t\t\t<cite class=\"quote-author\"><em>Website der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission<\/em><\/cite>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/footer>\n\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  \n  <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"module module-text my-module-md \" id=\"module-69e24a1e609fa\" >       <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n        <div class=\"col-md-10 col-lg-8 text-col\">\n          \n<div class=\"wp-block-intact-text text-styles\">\n<p>Es ist also ein Instrument zur Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen und amtlichen Dokumenten, die f\u00fcr die Ein- und Ausfuhr sowie die Verbringung von lebenden Tieren und Waren innerhalb der EU erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel von TRACES ist es, die Bewegungen von G\u00fctern zu verfolgen und den Informationsaustausch und das Risikomanagement innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union durch die zentrale Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Bescheinigungen und Dokumenten zu erm\u00f6glichen. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen die elektronischen Bescheinigungen von EU- und Nicht-EU-Beh\u00f6rden mit einem elektronischen Siegel versehen werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  \n  <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"module module-text my-module-0 \" id=\"module-69e24a1e61c1e\" >       <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n        <div class=\"col-md-10 col-lg-8 text-col\">\n          \n<div class=\"wp-block-intact-text text-styles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Relevanz und Herausforderungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ausstellung von Zertifikaten \u00fcber TRACES wird am 1. Januar 2023 verpflichtend. Dies betrifft alle Zertifizierungsstellen im Bio-Sektor mit Sitz oder Tochtergesellschaften in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zertifikate f\u00fcr alle EU-Betreiber werden nun zentral \u00fcber TRACES und nicht mehr \u00fcber interne IT-Systeme ausgestellt. Dies bedeutet einen erheblichen Mehraufwand f\u00fcr Zertifizierungsstellen, da alle vorhandenen Daten, die f\u00fcr die Ausstellung von Zertifikaten ben\u00f6tigt werden, in TRACES \u00fcbertragen werden m\u00fcssen. Es gibt keine standardisierten Protokolle f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung von Daten in das TRACES-System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da das Verfahren recht komplex ist, wird der k\u00fcnftige Zertifizierungsprozess wahrscheinlich langsamer verlaufen. Laut unserer Umfrage w\u00fcrden Zertifizierungsstellen ab einer bestimmten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe mehrere Vollzeitmitarbeiter ben\u00f6tigen, um die zus\u00e4tzliche Arbeitsbelastung zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Zusammenfassend bedeutet dies, dass TRACES ohne die notwendigen Vorbereitungen sowohl zu h\u00f6heren Kosten als auch zu einer geringeren Effizienz der Zertifizierungsstellen f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"module module-spacer \" id=\"block_0e8782f88687845b2fc818c150c60c97\" >   <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  \n  <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"module module-text my-module-0 \" id=\"module-69e24a1e624eb\" >       <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n        <div class=\"col-md-10 col-lg-8 text-col\">\n          \n<div class=\"wp-block-intact-text text-styles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unsere L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir bei Intact sind uns dieser Situation bewusst und bieten eine L\u00f6sung an, die den \u00dcbergang zum und die Arbeit mit dem TRACES-System erleichtert. Wir bieten ein neues Modul f\u00fcr die Intact-Plattform an, das den obligatorischen Upload von Zertifizierungsdaten vereinfacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere L\u00f6sung bietet eine leistungsstarke API, die Zertifikate, die Sie in der Intact-Plattform erstellen, in TRACES hochl\u00e4dt. Das Zertifikat wird Ihrem Benutzerkonto zugeordnet und innerhalb des TRACES-Systems validiert. Wenn noch kein Benutzerkonto vorhanden ist, wird automatisch ein neues erstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald das Zertifikat in TRACES validiert ist, wird es wieder in die Intact Platform hochgeladen. Ihr bestehendes Zertifikat wird \u00fcberschrieben und um die neue, validierte Zertifikatsnummer erg\u00e4nzt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  \n
